    6. Identifying the dynamism of the main energy actors in the Black Sea, the European Union and NATO;
    7. Identifying geopolitical, geostrategic and geoeconomic challenges in the Black Sea, the European Union and NATO;
    8. Assessments and consultancy on the security of the possession and supply with strategic energy resources for the European Union and NATO;
    9. Assessments and consultancy on security of supply with oil, natural gas, uranium, coal and electricity of the European Union and NATO;
    10. Consultancy on the role and importance of critical energy infrastructures on stability and increasing european and NATO energy security;
